Chief Financial Officer – CFO

A large multi-entity business is seeking a CFO to lead its accounting and finance function.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, banking, tax, audit, and financial controls across a broad and active business platform. The CFO will be responsible for bringing financial clarity, discipline, and structure to the organization while partnering closely with leadership on key strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance activities across multiple entities

• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, controls, and internal reporting processes

• Manage intercompany transactions, allocations, consolidations, entity-level reporting, and related accounting workflows

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash flow planning, and financial analysis

• Provide leadership with clear reporting and financial insight to support strategic planning and operational decision-making

• Manage banking relationships, lender reporting, financing activity, and cash management

• Coordinate tax planning, tax filings, audits, and outside accountant relationships

• Strengthen systems, processes, reporting, and controls to support continued growth and better financial visibility

• Build, lead, and develop the accounting and finance team

Requirements

• Experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or similar senior finance leader

• Strong technical accounting background with experience leading accounting across multiple entities

• Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash flow, controls, and internal reporting

• Experience with intercompany transactions, allocations, consolidations, tax, audit, banking relationships, and lender reporting

• Proven ability to improve systems, strengthen processes, and build a high-performing finance function

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to partner effectively with ownership, executives, and outside financial partners

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate at both the strategic and hands-on level
