A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Corporate HR Manager to support HR operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This individual will serve as a key partner to facility leadership and ownership, helping ensure strong employee relations, compliance, labor management, recruiting support, and HR best practices throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the corporate HR resource for facility HR managers and administrators
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Advise leadership on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
  • Oversee HR compliance programs, including background checks, OIG screenings, onboarding requirements, and employee documentation
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and annual benefit renewals
  • Monitor labor and staffing metrics across facilities
  • Review payroll and labor reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support recruiting efforts and help ensure facilities maintain appropriate staffing levels
  • Partner with facility leadership to address retention, engagement, and workforce challenges
  • Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and programs
  • Build relationships with facility teams and serve as a trusted HR resource
  • Travel to facilities periodically to maintain visibility and support local teams

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources within skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare
  • Strong employee relations and investigation experience
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, employment practices, and healthcare regulations
  • Experience supporting recruiting and workforce initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and partner effectively with leadership
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Experience reviewing labor, staffing, or payroll reports preferred
  • Nursing home experience strongly preferred
