A growing multi-facility healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions across the organization. This individual will play a key leadership role in workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Human Resources functions across multiple facilities and corporate operations
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning
• Provide leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
• Oversee compensation strategy, benefits administration, and payroll alignment
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Partner with executive leadership on culture, growth strategy, and talent development
• Manage and mentor HR staff while improving department efficiency
• Lead investigations, disciplinary processes, and legal HR matters
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level HR leadership experience
• Strong background managing HR operations within healthcare or multi-site organizations
• Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and organizational development
• Experience overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Highly organized with strong operational execution
