Fast-growing business services platform seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive growth within the NY/NJ frum-owned business market.

The company provides employer-focused solutions including employee benefits, payroll infrastructure, HR support, and operational services. Strong leadership, existing clients, and full operational infrastructure are already in place.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant uncapped earning potential.


Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers
  • Drive deals from initial outreach through close
  • Represent the company throughout the frum business community
  • Partner with leadership on proposals and deal strategy

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with ability to close independently
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and highly driven
  • Comfortable generating self-sourced opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in payroll, benefits, HR services, insurance, staffing, or related industries preferred
  • Familiarity with the frum business market preferred
