The company provides employer-focused solutions including employee benefits, payroll infrastructure, HR support, and operational services. Strong leadership, existing clients, and full operational infrastructure are already in place.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Drive deals from initial outreach through close
- Represent the company throughout the frum business community
- Partner with leadership on proposals and deal strategy
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality with ability to close independently
- Self-motivated, energetic, and highly driven
- Comfortable generating self-sourced opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in payroll, benefits, HR services, insurance, staffing, or related industries preferred
- Familiarity with the frum business market preferred
